 Short Term Disability Insurance (After viewing, right click mouse, then click “back”) Replaces a portion of your lost income to help make ends meet if you become disabled from a covered accident or sickness. Add this benefit to your existing Long Term Disability Plan. Set your own benefit level and waiting period Optional Health Screening Benefit available. Mammography starts at age 35, $50/yr; Pap Smear $50/yr. $50/yr more for taking any one of 16 additional tests.

Accident Insurance  (After viewing, right click mouse, then click “back”) Every accident leaves expenses not covered by major medical plans. This plan helps offset medical expenses such as emergency room fees, deductibles and co-payments that may result from a fracture, dislocation or other covered accident. Cover children or spouse without being forced to pay for yourself. Optional Health Screening Benefits available. Mammography starts at age 35, $200/yr; Pap Smear $50/yr. or take any one of 21 additional tests.

Cancer Insurance (After viewing, right click mouse, then click “back”) Helps offset the out-of-pocket medical and indirect, non medical expenses related to cancer that most medical plans don’t cover. Health Screening Benefits are built into the plan. Mammography starts at age 35, $100/yr; Pap Smear $70/yr. Either $75/yr or $100/yr for taking any one of 15 additional tests depending on whether you have Level 2 or Level 3 coverage.

Hospital Confinement Insurance (After viewing, right click mouse, then click “back”) Provides a lump-sum benefit for a covered hospital confinement and a covered outpatient surgery. Mammography starts at age 35, $150/yr; Pap Smear $70/yr. $50/yr more for taking any one of 22 additional tests.

Critical Illness Insurance (After viewing, right click mouse, then click “back”) Provides a lump-sum benefit you can use to pay the direct and indirect costs related to a covered critical illness like heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure or major organ failure. Pick face amount from $5,000 to $75,000. This plan could pay the full face amount 3 times during the life of the policy. Cover yourself or other family members. Post-taxed. Health Screening Benefits are built into the plan. Mammography starts at age 35, $200/yr; Pap Smear $70/yr. $50/yr more for taking any one of 22
