You can offer Ameritas, Anthem Blue Cross, Delta Dental or MetLife for dental insurance, both HMO and PPO plans. You can offer EyeMed and VSP for vision.

No, you can change or add a dental and vision insurance plans at anytime, or change monthly.

Employers aren’t legally required to offer dental or vision benefits to either full- or part-time employees. But about 50% of companies still choose to offer their employees dental insurance. Being eligible for employer-sponsored dental coverage could depend on your status as a full- or part-time employee.

The company does not have to contribute to the premiums for employees.  There is employer sponsored when the company does contribute to the premium and there is voluntary where the employees pay the entire premium. This allows companies to offer dental and vision coverage to their employees.
